Who we are

Michuu Grocery is a local grocery delivery service operating in Charlotte, North Carolina. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Service area

We deliver to selected Charlotte-area ZIP codes only. If your ZIP code is outside our current area, checkout will tell you before you pay.

Prices and delivery fees

All prices are in US dollars and include no sales tax on qualifying grocery items. Delivery costs $9.99 per order. The total shown at checkout is the total you pay; it is calculated on our servers from live prices at the moment you order.

Payment

Payment is made by Zelle transfer after you place your order. Your order stays in “Pending confirmation” until we have verified the transfer arrived. We begin shopping only after confirmation. Zelle transfers are generally irreversible, so please double-check the recipient address shown at checkout before sending.

Substitutions and availability

Stock is reserved when you order. If an item becomes unavailable before we shop, we will contact you to offer a substitute or refund that item.

Delivery windows

Delivery windows are estimates. We aim to deliver within 24 hours and inside your chosen window, but traffic, weather, and supplier availability can cause delays. We will text you if your delivery is running late.

Cancellations and refunds

You may cancel free of charge any time before we begin shopping your order — message us and we will refund in full. Once shopping has begun, perishable items cannot be cancelled. If anything arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours and we will replace it or refund it.

Your responsibilities

Please give an accurate address and a phone number you can be reached on, and make sure someone can receive perishable items. We are not responsible for items left at an unattended address at your request.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site to place fraudulent orders, submit false payment confirmations, or attempt to disrupt the service. We may refuse or cancel orders we reasonably believe to be fraudulent.
